wcc-services on new prod servers with version 12 keeps going off

Issue/Introduction

Newly installed WCC r12.

The wcc-services start but then shutdown after a few moments

The gui is not displaying.

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Resolution

Check the logs to confirm the product was able to acquire its defined ports.
