Issue/Introduction

Advanced Secure Gateway (ASG) upgrade path supplemental information.

Resolution

The ASG upgrade path is documented here:

However, a deviation from the documented is needed to address some specific OS issues for the required ABRCA issue. For more information regarding the ABRCA issue, see Update the ABRCA Root CA Certificate on Advanced Secure Gateway Appliances

The recommended path to get to ASG version 6.7.5.10 (or later):

If the ASG is running version 6.7.4.2 or earlier then the upgrade path is:

     ASG version 6.7.4.2 and earlier > 6.7.4.3 > 6.7.4.17 > 6.7.5.10 or later

If the ASG is running version ASG 6.7.4.3 or later then the upgrade path is:

    ASG version 6.7.4.3 or later > 6.7.4.17 > 6.7.5.10 or later

If the ASG is running version ASG 6.7.5.1 or ASG 6.7.5.2 then the upgrade path is:

   ASG version 6.7.5.1 or 6.7.5.2 > 6.7.5.9 > 6.7.5.10 or later
