Issue/Introduction

There are ramp-up errors that occur on one agent of an On-Premise Private Location (OPL), but not another.  What is the process for troubleshooting agents on an OPL when there are multiple agents configured?

Environment

Release :  SAAS

Component : BLAZEMETER PERFORMANCE TESTING

Resolution

The current design of BlazeMeter does not allow the selection of a specific agent to run a test on.  In order to capture information related to running a test on a specific agent on an OPL that has multiple agents, then it would be necessary to disable all but one agent at a time, then collect and analyze the blazemeter-crane and/or taurus logs capture from the agent while the test is running to determine which one is not working as expected.

Additional Information

If a test works as expected on one agent of an OPL, but does not work on another agent of the same OPL, verify that all of the agents configured for the OPL meet the minimium OPL agent requirements as specified in the Private Location System Requirements article to make sure there are enough system resources on the agent to support the test.
