CA Deliver TYPE=MONITR reports don't go into bundle wait status and no bundle job is submitted

Issue/Introduction

When we define a report as TYPE=MONITOR in CA Deliver,  the reports don't go into bundle wait status and no bundle job is submitted.

Is there any way to bundle reports that are defined with a TYPE of MONITR?

Cause

A report defined as TYPE=MONITOR is not processed the same way that a true BUNDLED report would be processed by
CA Deliver.

Resolution

The primary reason a customer would define a report as TYPE=MONITR would be if they needed to do parallel processing.

When a report is defined this way, Deliver only SIMULATES processing of the report. This simulation allows the report to be tracked, and historical data is maintained. You can also archive the report data directly to CA View.

By design, CA Deliver is not going to submit or execute the bundle print job for a TYPE=MONITR report.
