The following Sailpoint/ACF2 error is observed in the CTSTASK joblog:
2021/04/28 00:10:59 CTS1508S Internal error. Comp.: GTUSERS, func: ACF2_Get_User, desc: cts2alt Failed, rc=4 msg=ACF02002 NOT AUTHORIZED FOR REQUEST, rc: 16
What is the cause of this error?
Documentation for the ACF02002 message indicates: You tried to access a logonid record that is not yours and you do not have the special privilege allowing you access. CA ACF2 rejects the request.
Verify the CTSTASK LID has the necessary privileges for the attempted function. In the example above, the AUDIT privilege is required. To give this privilege, issue the following TSO ACF2 commands:
SET LID
CHANGE ctstask_lid AUDIT
