Issue/Introduction

Trying to apply PTF SO06782 and getting the following errors:

GIM30206E ** APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD SO06782. HOLD REASON IDS WERE NOT RESOLVED.
GIM35907I    PREREQUISITE SYSMOD SO04024 FAILED.
GIM35907I    PREREQUISITE SYSMOD SO04627 FAILED.
GIM35907I    PREREQUISITE SYSMOD SO05230 FAILED.
GIM35907I    PREREQUISITE SYSMOD SO06140 FAILED.

Environment

Release : 16.0

Component : CA Top Secret for z/OS

Resolution

The pre-req fixes in the GIM35907I messages were not applied. When downloading SO06782, do it with a complete solution package from the Support Portal to include all dependencies (co-reqs, pre-requisites, etc.).
