2 reports in one database have been in OPEN status for a couple of months, we discovered.
Tried to issue the Clean command manually, and backups have run regularly.
No response to the Clean command, and they remain in OPEN status.
What action if any needs to be taken?

The client did the following to the reports in DR that were in OPEN status:
. Used View online command "L" to load the report, which changed the report location from OPEN to PTAP.
. Used View online command "D" to delete the report.
