The Identity Manager generates the error "PxEnvironmentException:Error sending Email"

Issue/Introduction

While trying to send an email notification after a reset password, this error occurs:

PxEnvironmentException:Error sending Email, invalid addresses SMTPAddressFailedException: 553 5.3.0

Environment

Identity Manager 14.x & v15

Resolution

Corrected administrator's email address.

For example, change the email address of imadmin user (default system manager user) from [email protected] to imadmin@(mydomain).
