Unable to search Access Elements under My Requests

Issue/Introduction

The type ahead functionality is not working in the CA Identity Portal as expected.  

When trying to search for "Access Elements" under "My Requests", it does not work, instead, it shows a static list of all the available elements.

New vApp (virtual appliance) fixes have been released to address this issue and they are available upon request,
