Downloading Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange with a Protection Suite Enterprise Edition entitlement

Issue/Introduction

You need to download Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange (SMSMSE) but cannot find it. You have an entitlement for Protection Suite Enterprise Edition which should give you access to SMSMSE. You do not see SMSMSE as available to download from https://support.broadcom.com/download-center/download-center.html.

Resolution

The SMSMSE download must be selected via the version number listed for Protection Suite Enterprise Edition.

1. Log in to https://support.broadcom.com/download-center/download-center.html.
2. Go to "Protection Suite Enterprise Edition"
3. Select the Release dropdown and select 7.9 or 7.10:
   • 
   • Make sure your preferred language is selected.
4. Click on "Protection Suite Enterprise Edition." This should take you to a page with the SMSMSE downloads.
