Autosys Workload Automation

Issue/Introduction

When the Scheduler runs DBMaint, the Compliance App portion fails with the following error...

CAUAJM_I_85000 Compliance Application running
CAUAJM_E_85100 Unable to open database connection.
CAUAJM_E_85002 Compliance Application terminated with error [100]

If DBMaint is run manually from the command line, the Compliance App works without error.

Environment

Release : 12

Component : AUTOSYS WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Resolution

Ensure the TNS_ADMIN variable that is read into the Scheduler environment is pointing to the correct location for the tnsnames.ora file. For UNIX, check $AUTOUSER/autosys.sh.<hostname> for the variable setting. On Windows, check the System tab in the AutoSys Administrator.
