E-mail notification not triggered for job in "Time overrun" status when Email Notification is set on Uproc level
Cases when E-mail notification is not being triggered for job with "Time overrun" status when the Node is down:
- when job was never in "Event wait" status
- when job had not been started at all so the Uproc Number was never assigned to the job.
When the Node restarts, it doesn't consider these jobs as they are "Outdated" - so it doesn't trigger the Uproc email notification.
