OPS/MVS is not restarting tasks

Issue/Introduction

OPSMVS is failing to automatically restart STC tasks when the tasks are shutdown or they have an abend. For example, in my LPAR PROD the STC TASK DFHSMS is down but OPS in not restarting the STC TASK DFHSMS.  The impact is we are having huge problems with management space

Resolution

The Action Table had a typo in it after it was updated.   Added a semi-colon followed by the start command so that DFHSM can be restarted when it abends, and then it worked as expected.
