CA OPS is not restarting tasks

Issue/Introduction

We have noted that CA OPS is not automatically restarting STC tasks when this tasks are shutdown or they have an abend, for example, in my LPAR PROD the STC TASK DFHSMS is down but CA OPS in not restarting the STC TASK DFHSMS, the impact is we have huge problems with management space

Resolution

The Action Table was updated with a semi-colon followed by the start command so that DFHSM can be restarted when it abends.
