Custom Process behave differently in non-Prod and Prod

Issue/Introduction

I have created a new custom process in non-prod and production and the behavior is different.

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Start condition of the process was not built correctly which caused process to start when not expected.
