I have been trying to troubleshoot an issue of why i can no longer see data on "Response Path Test ICMP Jitter".
I have several reports that I can no longer get data like Jitter average response time, attempts and path availability.
I have rediscovered all the devices that the test is running on and I'm still not seeing data.
We are using an On-Demand Reports Template Report. It is configured to use the View Type 'Chart per Metric with multiple metrics'. It has specific Response Path component items added to the report.
All DX NetOps Performance Management releases r20.2.9 and earlier
When configuring a report in this manner the On-Demand Report Template reports should auto-select the 'by Component' option in the View configuration. This is not happening and as a result the report doesn't render properly.
To resolve this in affected releases take the following steps.
NOTE: This is not reproducible in the latest r20.2.10+ releases, nor in the latest pending r21.2.x releases. Upgrade beyond r20.2.9 to permanently resolve this issue.
This only impacts On-Demand Report Templates access via the Reports->On-Demand Report Templates menu option.
The 'IM On-Demand/Multi-Metric Trend Report' View added to a Dashboard report is not affected by this problem.
