The wrong logon credential are being used.
Logon to the CSM UI needs the TSO UserID and Password credentials not the support online credentials. It is the Support Online credentials that need to be in place (settings/System/Software Acquisition) when obtaining product media and maintenance, but not for logging into the CSM UI.
