Issue/Introduction

Receiving the following message when attempting to access AEWS url address

This site can’t be reached
aews_url_address.com took too long to respond

Environment

Release : 12.0

Component : WORKLOAD CONTROL CENTER

Cause

This message can mean the webservices service is not running or that server or port 9443 is not accessible.

Resolution

1. Make sure that the hostname in the address is resolvable. 

2. Validate the Web Server service is running/active

3. Validate that port 9443 is open.
