Getting the error messages:

STC05660  CAS9899E Task 0002 Error: Invalid packet header received          

Environment

COMMON SERVICES 15.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

 

Resolution

The CCITCP/CCISSL task will ONLY accept a connection from either CCI/PC or the CCI Java client. 

That message is indicating that some unexpected application is attempting to connect to port 1202 on PNETLGX(20.17.100.2). 

Look on system cscvbrnor001(20.15.80.26) and locate that application and correct its configuration.
