Communication Error while deploying cdm probe in UIM

Issue/Introduction

During CDM probe deployment, there is following communication error that is occurring as: "inst_pkg failed: communication error" 

Environment

Release : 20.3.x or later

Component : UIM - INSTALL

Resolution

Here is how to fixed the issue:

1. Fixed Local Firewall issue
2. Under distrv probe selected Use local archive for accepted remote distributions
3. Deployed probes using  local archive of that hub
