How to test Servicepoint RestAPI

Issue/Introduction

Hi Team 

We are not able to connect to the following API 

http://Servicepoint hostname:9002/api . 

Service point is installed fine and we can open Service point UI

Installed postman in the local server ( where SP is installed ) and ran the query and there is no response .So this is not indication of network issue here 

 

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : CA SERVICE CATALOG/CA SERVICE DESK.

Resolution

#Download POSTMAN : (https://www.postman.com/downloads/) 
#Access the URL  http:<servername:9002/api/getAccess 
#Authentication type = Basic 
#REST Method = POST

Analyst/Administrator should  use  http:<servername:9002/api
Employee should use http:<servername:9002/bui
