action item URL: where is this pulled from?

Issue/Introduction

The action items I receive from Clarity contain a URL that is not the Clarity instance URL.

Where is the URL specified? How is the action item URL built?

Cause

The HTTP Entry URL for the app service at the CSA is wrong.

Resolution

Login to the CSA > Properties > Application

Application Instance: app

Ensure the HTTP Entry URL / HTTPS Entry URL field is populated with the correct URL

The action item uses the above to build the URL
