Issue/Introduction
IT Analytics (ITA) reports are accessible but do not return the most current information when compared to the source system (DLP or SEP).
Cause
ITA reports are populated by the information stored in the ITA cubes. If the cube processing jobs have failed to run for any reason, the information in the reports will only be as current as the last time the processing jobs ran successfully.
Environment
Release : 2.9.x
Component : Reports
Resolution
Cube processing jobs can fail for a variety of reasons. To investigate the cause, follow this procedure to check the job history:
Using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), connect to the database engine hosting the ITAnalytics database
In Object Explorer, navigate to SQL Server Agent > Jobs
Locate the cube processing job(s) as defined in the ITA console under Settings > Processing Jobs
In Object Explorer, right-click on the cube processing job(s) and select View History
Expand the latest job run and review the row details to locate any error messages
