Agents missing after routing to SaaS through cloud proxy

Issue/Introduction

In process of diverting agents to SaaS tenant through the cloud proxy, we found couple of pod agents from the Openshift cluster are not getting diverted to SaaS. These seem to be hung and do not appear in local APM or in SaaS.

Firewall issue blocking CP Connection.
