Issue/Introduction

After creating a custom picklist and making an update to an investment, receiving the below error and the grid page hangs saying "Loading data...Please wait".

API-1005: Attribute(s) '_picklistname' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured

Going to another section of the Modern UX does not remove the error, and logging out and logging back in does not help.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In the Modern UX, click on "Investments" from the left hand menu
  2. Click on a custom investment
  3. Click on the View Options icon
  4. Create a new picklist (Example test1) with several values
  5. Add the custom picklist to your grid view
  6. Populate values for the picklist in grid
  7. Click on a link to an investment that has a picklist value defined
  8. Change a value (such as a date)
  9. Click the link to go back to grid list

Expected Results: You are taken successfully back to the grid view

Actual Results: API error API-1005: Attribute(s) '_picklistname' specified in query parameters are not supported or secured is generated, and page hangs at "Loading data...Please wait"

Resolution

This issue is no longer reproducible in 15.9.1
