Error getting owner of the script when running command job

Issue/Introduction

We have a Unix job that is failing with “Error getting owner of the script”.

Agent log shows: 

04/28/2021 08:39:58.686-0400 CAWA_I_20009 getTargetData()-Unable to retrieve password file entry\

 

 

Environment

Workload Automation Agent for Linux 12.0, Build 6181
Autosys 12.x
Linux version 4.18.0-147.el8.ppc64le (gcc version 8.3.1 20190507 (Red Hat 8.3.1-4) (GCC)) #1 SMP Thu Sep 26 15:44:34 UTC 2019

Cause

4029: Error getting owner of the script
Reason:
Failure to get the owner of the script from the system password file.
Action: Contact your UNIX system administrator.

Resolution
