Time Slicing job running longer at rollover in 15.9.1

Issue/Introduction

Time Slicing rollover after upgrading to 15.9.1 is taking several hours more than expected (even a day).

Cause

This is DE60111

Resolution

Fixed in 15.9.2 and backported in 15.9.1.1.
