Issue/Introduction

When we are getting below mention alert for Unix servers and how to resolve.

-InternalAlarm: Unable to get Memory data (temporarily out of resources)

Environment

UIM : 9.2.0

robot version 9.30

CDM version 6.50

Cause

In cdm.cfg, Always Sliced_memory_interval has to be less than Interval(memory).

Resolution

Steps to follow:

 

1. go to cdm raw configure

2. change the sliced_memory_value to value les than memory interval(memory interval will be in minutes, sliced memory interval in seconds by default.)

3. restart the probe.
