Issue/Introduction

Trying to follow this instruction https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/ca-enterprise-software/business-management/ca-service-management/17-3/additional-resources/content-pack-for-itil-ca-service-desk-manager/additional-reports-with-itil-content-pack-for-ca-service-desk-manager.html but can't find the attribute_definitions.dat file that the instructions are asking to obtain from the given ISO file DVD0000000002124.iso.

Release : 17.3

Component : SERVICE DESK BUSINESS OBJECTS

Resolution

The ITIL content pack that will be needed to fulfil the above requirement is the version provided by Service Management 17.1, which is described in this document link below and will work with a 17.3 instance.  The 17.1 ITIL Content pack contains the required attribute_definitions.dat file.
