Why JOBONCSF didn't return all data after CA WA ESP was restarted?

Issue/Introduction

I have a TASK with JOBONCSF function, and it ran right after ESP was restarted, however it didn't show all entries. Why JOBONCSF didn't return all data?

Environment

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION COMPONENT

Resolution

The scoreboard for active jobs is filled with job scoreboard entries as part of application manager initialization process.

ESP does not wait for initialization of application manager before it starts processing scheduled TDRs,

So it is quite possible that the TASK executed before the scoreboard was filled with jobs data.

ESP_1150I is a good indicator that the scoreboard has been filled with jobs data on ESP master. You can make sure the TASK with JOBONCSF run after this message shows up.
