Issue/Introduction

Description:

Every time an end-user logs into Clarity, they get the following message:

TMA-0116 : This timesheet's period is closed

How can we correct this?

Solution:

This indicates that the end-user is landing on a specific timesheet and the time reporting period is marked as closed.

If this is occurring when the end-user immediately logs into the application, this indicates that the 'Home Page' is set to always land on this specific timesheet. Have the end-user reset the 'Home Page'.

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Login to the application as the end-user
  2. Home, Account Settings
  3. Click 'Reset Home Page' button or 'Set to Current Timesheet' button
  4. Logout and then Login again - clear browser cache if needed
