PAM TLGN 0062 The account is checked out by another user

Issue/Introduction

Configured the TL for MS SQL and Oracle and while connecting RDP TL window is appearing with the message below,

PAM TLGN 0062 The account is checked out by another user.

Once we click OK to the message. We are presented with below screen to select the user and the script just works fine.

Environment

CA PAM 3.4.1

Target server: Win2019

MSSQL Version: 2018
MSSQL bit version: 64

Cause

Problem with the invalid certificate or expired certificate

Resolution

Un-check the below options from the advances settings of IE.

'Check for server certificate revocation' 

'Check for publisher's certificate revocation'

Also make sure that port 443 as bi-directional between Production PAM and Jump Server
