Unable to unlock LDAP user from DevTest IAM

Issue/Introduction

From the IAM, when we try to unlock a LDAP user, we get the error: 'Error! User is read only'.

How we can unlock this user?

Cause

Environment

Release : 10.5 and up

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Resolution

Delete the user and then ask the user to log back in. The user would be enabled and unlocked.
