Vantage DB2 threads remain active in DB2

Issue/Introduction

When using the CA Vantage for IBM DB2, it can happen that some of the CA Vantage DB2 threads are left un-closed. The result is that there are long DB2 threads still running with DB2 plan VANDB2RM and they need to be cancelled outside of CA Vantage.

How to fix this bug?

Resolution

To remove this bug the Labs provided the test APAR LT01004.

This SYSMOD adds the SQL COMMIT statement, and ensures that the DB2 threads are closed.
