Issue/Introduction

Issue/Problem/Symptoms: 

This error may appear when attempting to log into CA UWCC as a user other than the ejmcommander or any of the predefined userids.

Error: You are not allowed to access the selected theme.

Cause

The userid being used to login to CA WCC needs to be added to policy in EEM for the WCC0003 application, ConfigurationControlFrameworkThemesDefault.

Resolution

Resolution/Workaround:

1.Using the IE browser access the EEM UI.

2.Choose WCC0003 from application choices from the EEM UI login page.

3.Login as EiamAdmin

4.Click on the Manage Access Policies

5.From the Resources Classes, click ConfigurationControl

6.Either use ConfigurationControlFrameworkThemesDefault or create a new ConfigurationControlFrameworkThemes policy.

7.Add the userid that is attempting to login to CA WCC to the Select Identities to ConfigurationControlFrameworkThemes

8.Save

9.Make sure you synchronize push under the Configure tab. Then click on Session link.
