High Heap usage in APMIA 20.9

Issue/Introduction
We noticed that APMIA running in our production environment is consuming a lot of heap memory.
The only finding we have is that high heap usage happens when enabling the Glue service in AWS extension.
We are having same issue with 20.11 running in prod and we do have separate case for that.

Release : 20.9/20.11
Component : APM SAAS ENTERPRISE
Resolution
New glue json file reduced the number of glue api calls.
