No Alarms appearing in Console post STIG hardening script execution

Issue/Introduction

After DISA-STIG script executed, the alarms are not showing in the console.

Tomcat log file appears clean.

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Restart Spectrum Tomcat.

The SpectroSERVER may also need a restart.
