Issue/Introduction

Do we have any option to upload the crash details without reopening the application?

Release : SAAS

Component : CA APP EXPERIENCE ANALYTICS SAAS

Resolution

Crash details are uploaded upon the next app restart.  There is no other upload option supported due to the sandboxed environment of Android/iOS.

"The App Experience Analytics SDK collects the device details at the time of app crash and uploads them to the App Experience Analytics server when the app is launched the next time."
