Problem with UDP scripts after upgrading Harvest

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading SCM broker to v14 on AIX server, this morning first user promoted the package and got this error:

E03020134: exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /usr//bin/ssh because of the following errors:.
E03020134:        0509-150   Dependent module /appl/Harvest/lib/libcrypto.a(libcrypto.so.1.0.0) could not be loaded..
E03020134:        0509-152   Member libcrypto.so.1.0.0 is not found in archive .
E03020134: lost connection.
