Account users are not getting Operator Console link

Issue/Introduction

Users were using the old UMP link - which was not redirecting them to the Operator Console home page.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM OPERATOR CONSOLE - ACCOUNT ADMIN

Cause

Users were not using the right URL for Operating Console Home Page.

Resolution

Using the right URL (http://<OC_hostname_or_IP>/operatorconsole_portlet/) resolved the issue.

Check the Operator Console Endpoints for more specific OC views.
