Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to have change order or request templates import their property values to new change order/call request?

Release : 17.3/17.2/17.1

Component : Svc Desk Database

Resolution

Currently there is no configurable way to carry over/copy property values from ticket templates. You could submit a new idea/enhancement from Service Management Community web site
