Data Collector silent install response file generation fails with error

Issue/Introduction

When trying to install a Performance Collector, during the build response file, it stops with an error System does not meet requirements. We have verified all requirements are met.

Installing Data Collector using the silent method. When trying to generate the response file it returns an error. The error states that the system does not meet requirements.

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Performance Management releases

Cause

Operating System was missing required packages.

Resolution

Ensure all required packages for the Operating System involved are installed before trying to install the Data Collector.
