You have a new WSS tenant that you want to connect with your CASB (CloudSOC) tenant. Or, you are getting errors configuring the integration to the same CASB tenant in your new WSS tenant.
Resolution
If you do not have the original email with the CASB-WSS integration token please create a CASB case to request and the support team will provide the token for the specified CASB tenant.
If you are receiving a configuration error, please open a CASB support case and provide your tenant ID.
