You have a new Cloud SWG tenant that you want to connect with your CASB (CloudSOC) tenant. Or, you are getting errors configuring the integration to the same CASB tenant in your new Cloud SWG tenant.
If you do not have the original email with the CASB-SWG integration token please create a CASB case to request and the support team will provide the token for the specified CASB tenant.
If you are receiving a configuration error ("Product linking failed"), please open a CASB support case and provide your CloudSOC (CASB) tenant ID.
