CA Datacom/AD 12.0 SMP/e APPLY CHECK or APPLY of SQL maintenance (PTF RO15613 for example) is failing with GIM65802E message:

GIM65802E ** MODULE AGGEXEC IS NEEDED TO BUILD THE FOLLOWING LOAD MODULES FOR SYSMOD RO15613 BUT 
IS NOT FOUND. THE       
           MODULE IS NOT IN DISTRIBUTION ZONE ZNCAID0, AND SYSMOD RO09311 WHICH LAST REPLACED 
THE MODULE IS NOT IN THE 
           SMPPTS.

The CA Datacom/AD 12.0 base product must be ACCEPTed in SMP/e before applying additional maintenance. SAMPJCL job DCM5ACC can be used to do the ACCEPT.
