Issue/Introduction

Our customer has UIM 20.1 installed on a Linux 7.4 system that is currently with issue and will therefore upgrade to 20.3.3 soon.

In UMP we used to have the QoS analysis under the SLA tab under tools and we could see easily what was written in the queues and investigate further.

The question is... Is there such a functionality within OC or some other interface of UIM since UMP is no longer functional?

Resolution

Please upgrade to UIM 20.3, you will find many SLM features (refer the UIM 20.3 section under Additional Information for further reading).

 

UIM 20.3.3 has vast improvements with SLAs over 20.3 and Report Scheduler has been reintroduced. On top of 20.3.3, we now have 20.3.3 HF1 which also has an SLA/SLO issue fixed. Here is a screenshot from UIM 20.3.3 SLM tab from Operator Console when logged in as administrator:
