Alerts from SCOM do not have a CI

Issue/Introduction

We had some alerts without information in SOI. The alerts arrive to SOI but they don't have a CI name. Other alerts arrive with the right with names.

 

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : SOI ALERT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Check if you have deployed any extension policies on SCOM Connector, the location of policy files: \CatalystConnector\registry\topology\physical\<Hostname>_CatalystConnector\modules

If you do not have extension policies, restart “CA Catalyst Container” services on SCOM Connector this will solve the issue.
