Issue/Introduction

Users have issue while uploading the file to the document. It says a virus has been detected while uploading the file where users had tried creating a new file and scanned the file and got no virus before uploading would also give the same error.

Cause

The Authorized File Extensions under Administration -> System Options were empty.

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

Add all the authorised File extensions in a comma separated manner to Administration -> System Options -> Authorised File Extensions.
