UIM - hub doesn´t retrieve security.cfg

Issue/Introduction

In of my linux hubs is not able to get the security.cfg from the hub it is attached to.

 

On this hub securuty.cfg stays at:

Environment

Release : UIM 20.3

Component : UIM - HUB

Primary Hub OS is CentOS 7
Working Hub OS is RHEL 7.8
Affected Hub OS is RHEL 8.3 (tunnel)

Cause

The cause can be related to runnel not connecting correctly or hub not properly installed

Resolution

Press CTRL+P on the tunnel server hub probe and run the callback: 

hubsec_sync

this callback makes the hub try to push new security for any hub it can see which doesn't have the latest.

 

If it still fails, we have that reinstalling the affected hub can resolve this issue.
