Issue/Introduction

When converting a DB2 SubSystem to Top Secret Control and using a user defined FACILITY ('DB2FAC(subsys=DB2CLONE)'), the following messages occur at the startup of Top Secret:

TSS9076I CURRENT OPTION IS <DB2CLO>
TSS9020W INVALID PARAMETER FILE OPTION

The DB2CLONE facility is defined in the Top Secret Parameter File.
